A stunning detailed feature hat with swirls to the brim and a matching feather flower with diamantes, to the crown is a slightly higher side with a circle to the top. This feature hat can be made in single and two tone colours.Please note:- Handmade in the United Kingdom Buyers outside of the UK may need to pay customs fees or duties, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by many days. We want buyers to know that any customs delays are not our fault.
