Due to the new EU GPSR regulations i will be no longer able to send any orders to EUROPE..... This beautiful 40/50s style shaped Black Small Bowler style percher with simple velvet trim is so elegant and stylish. This hat will fit firmly on a head size 54.4cm you can still wear this if you have a bigger head size it will percher slightly higher and be secured with a hat elastic. Brim Side-Side 24cm, Front-Back 24cm, Crown approx 7cm. Please note:- Handmade in the United Kingdom Buyers outside of the UK may need to pay customs fees or duties, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by many days. We want buyers to know that any customs delays are not our fault. For Orders that are refused at delivery, Not in to sign or not collected from the sorting office/post office or Incorrect addresses provided will not be refunded but an extra postage cost will be invoiced to have the order re-delivered.
