Beautiful Black Wool felt top hat trimmed with a black grosgrain hat band dressed with Black & Tan feathers and a long Lady Amherst side pheasant feather making this a truly stunning statement piece. ALso available in Ivory & Brown The hats maximum head size is 52cm.
